application

in
the
back
of
the
Columbus
High
Brochure.
If
interested,
check
the
"volleyball"
activity
box.
You
may
download
the
CHS
Application
at
our
Columbus
High
School
website:
Submit
your
application
with
a
copy
of
your
last
report
card
signed
by
your
guidance
counselor.
Prospective
students
should
have
at
least
a
"B" average.
Once
you
have
submitted
your
application
and
report
card
you
will
be
notified
of
your
entrance
exam
date.
Entrance
exams
for
2011
are
administered
from
8am-12noon
on
the
following
Saturdays:

The
entrance
exam
consists
of
3
parts:
reading
comprehension,
math
skills,
and
writing
an
essay.
